Return and Refund policy

All sales are final, except due to an error by the seller (i.e. missing or damaged products). Please allow at least 10 business days for us to process your return or refund. Shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon.

＜Returns and exchanges requested by customers＞
Items before shipping: You can cancel your order by pressing the Cancel button on the website.
Items after shipping: Unopened items can be refunded or exchanged for items of an equal or lesser value only if you contact the Customer Support Center (+819017731282) within 10 days of the item being delivered. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened.

＜Returns and exchanges for defective goods and services＞
Please contact the Customer Support Center (+819017731282 or at info@getresolve.org). Please have your order number and item description clearly visible and ready. We will provide a refund or exchange the item with a new product for the price of the shipping cost.

Orders will be processed within three to five working days.
Products should be received within 14 days and are available as soon as you place your order.

We accept cash on site, credit card, bank transfer, and e-money as payment.

Credit card payments are processed immediately, while local bank transfers must be sent within three days of the order date.

All online services should be paid for in advance, with the exception of free trials and promotions.

The sale price will include a consumption tax of 10 (ten) percent along with any other applicable processing and shipping fees.
