Our Basic Gym Membership is designed for people who are ready to make a change in their lives by committing to their health and fitness goals at their own pace. With this membership, you will have access to our cardio machines, weights, flywheel platform and boxing bag. 

The package also includes a 5-minute consultation at the beginning of the month with our personal trainer, who will recommend the best workouts suited to your goals. Plus, you'll be surrounded by an uplifting Japanese and English-speaking community that is also committed to making fitness a part of their daily lives.
